A Fortune 50 financial services company is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Campaign Orchestration Analyst to join their team in the McLean, Virginia area. In this role, the Marketing Campaign Orchestration Analyst will work across business, analytics, and technology teams to define targeting strategies, build campaigns within Pega CDH, and monitor performance post-launch.

About the Opportunity:
- Assignment Length: 6+ months (potential extension)
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days per week)
Responsibilities:
- Translate personalized insights into omnichannel campaigns within Pega CDH, including defining targeting, eligibility rules, and treatments
- Convert channel-specific campaigns into unified omnichannel decisioning strategies
- Define audience segmentation, decisioning logic, contact policies, and prioritization frameworks
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Design, Digital, Analytics, and Technology to support campaign delivery
- Support QA validation, simulations, and pre/post-launch monitoring to ensure campaign accuracy and expected business impact
- Troubleshoot decisioning, data, and integration issues, partnering with technical teams to resolve discrepancies
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations including audience tuning, suppression rules, prioritization, and testing strategies
- Maintain organized documentation and manage multiple campaign launches simultaneously, communicating risks and dependencies effectively
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Campaign Orchestration, Decisioning Platforms, or related data-driven roles
- Hands-on experience working with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH), including decision strategies, engagement policies, and treatments
- Experience translating Marketing or Customer Experience requirements into targeting and personalization rules
- Proficiency in SQL and the ability to validate and interpret campaign performance data
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or SAFe), including User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and QA Coordination
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and the ability to validate and interpret campaign performance data
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical stakeholders
Desired Qualifications:
- Pega certifications (Decisioning Consultant or Data Scientist)
- Experience with Omnichannel Personalization and campaign orchestration (inbound and outbound)
- Exposure to Data Science concepts, including segmentation, predictors, or model-driven targeting
- Experience with Analytics and Visualization tools such as Databricks, Tableau, or Power BI
- Background in Financial Services or Digital Banking environments
