An entertainment and media organization is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition Systems (SuccessFactors) in New York City to lead the configuration and continuous improvement of talent acquisition platforms. This hands-on role will oversee technical support for recruiting and onboarding systems while partnering across HR, IT, engineering, and vendors to deliver effective solutions.

About the Opportunity:
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday (4 days on-site, 1 day remote)
  • Hours: Standard business
  • Setting: Hybrid 

Responsibilities:
  • Own the technical solution strategy for recruiting and onboarding systems
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand process needs and functional objectives
  • Collaborate with vendors, IT, engineering, and HR teams to design and deliver system solutions
  • Perform hands-on configuration, testing, and day-to-day support for applications and modules in scope
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of HR/IT professionals while managing related project activities and enhancements 

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 7+ years of technical experience, including 2+ years of people management experience
  • 7+ years of experience delivering HR/IT solutions and related project or support work
  • 7+ years of experience with core HR systems, including SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
  • 7+ years of experience with SaaS HR solutions, including SuccessFactors and SmartRecruiters
  • 7+ years of experience in requirements gathering, solution modeling, and documentation
  • Strong knowledge of HR talent acquisition processes
  • Experience with system configuration, integration support, and hands-on application testing
  • Proven ability to collaborate across HR and IT teams to deliver holistic solutions
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and multitasking skills 

Desired Skills:
  • Experience with RICEF specifications
  • Exposure to HR reporting, analytics, security requirements, and vendor release adoption
  • Familiarity with supporting SAP HCM organizational management and personnel administration data
