A healthcare organization is seeking a Manager, Global Concur Administrator. This role will oversee the global administration, governance, and optimization of the SAP Concur Travel & Expense platform while supporting integrations, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement across a global finance environment.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm (40 hours per week, )
- Setting: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the global system administrator and business owner for the SAP Concur Travel & Expense platform.
- Manage day-to-day Concur operations, including configuration changes, user support, testing, enhancements, and release management.
- Support integrations and ongoing operations between SAP Concur, SAP S/4HANA, Workday, and corporate credit card providers.
- Monitor and resolve interface, processing, reimbursement, and system issues in partnership with Accounting Operations and IT teams.
- Maintain travel and expense policies, internal controls, compliance reporting, audits, and analytics to support operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience supporting travel and expense platforms, financial systems administration, or finance operations in a global organization.
- Experience with SAP Concur administration.
- Experience with financial system integrations, including SAP S/4HANA and Workday.
- Biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry experience in a commercial environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with HCP lookup functionality and database integration for HCP data management.
- Experience with Veeva CRM integration or a similar system.
- Experience supporting a global corporate credit card program.
- SAP Concur Advanced Configuration Certification.
- Experience managing SaaS applications and enterprise system integrations.
- Project management experience or certifications such as Agile or PMP.
- Experience with reporting, analytics, and compliance monitoring tools.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
