Responsibilities
- Provide resident-centered nursing care under the supervision of an RN or Nursing Director
- Administer and document medications, treatments, and immunizations
- Support CNAs and PCTs in daily care routines
- Educate residents on care procedures and specimen collection
- Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Active NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
- Flexibility to support multiple shifts
Desired Skills:
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing and/or Long-term Care environment
