A New York City-based nonprofit organization is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join one of their Manhattan ICF residences supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Flexible part-time schedules available
- Hours: 24 hours/week or 36 hours/week
- Setting: ICF Group Home / Residential Program
Responsibilities:
- Medication administration
- Monitoring vitals and weights
- Documenting medical findings
- Supporting infection control practices
- Assisting with feeding protocols
- Communicating medical concerns to the RN Supervisor
- Supporting ordered treatments
- Helping ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency requirements
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing
- Active NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
