A healthcare services organization in New York City has a great Part-time position awaiting a new Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). In this role, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be responsible for providing care for both mothers and their young children.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Part-time
- Schedule: Sunday & Monday
- Hours: 7am to 3pm (14 hours a week)
- Setting: Young Mothers Program
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with patient care, including vital signs and the administration of injections
- Taking and recording the patient's medical history
- Following the physician and RN orders in providing care
- Maintaining detailed patient records
- Performing emergency response as per procedures
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Nursing experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- BLS certification
- Proficiency in Medical terminology
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and EHR
- Ability to give injections and provide excellent patient care
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good bedside manner and adaptability
- Ability to work with diverse backgrounds
Desired Qualifications:
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Experience in Addiction, Psychiatric, or Mental Health Support
- Child Development experience
