A New York-based health services organization is actively seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join one of its clinics in Ulster County. In this role, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be responsible for providing substance use disorder treatment for men and women, focusing on substance use disorder treatment services.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Evening
- Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday
- Hours: 3pm to 11pm (35 hours/week with a 1-hour unpaid lunch)
- Setting: Residential Treatment Program
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with patient care, including checking vital signs and administering injections
- Taking patients' medical history and entering data into computer systems
- Following orders from physicians and registered nurses in providing care
- Recording detailed reports of care given
- Maintaining patients' medical records and ensuring confidentiality
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience as an LPN
- High School Diploma / GED
- Graduate of a formal Technical or Vocational LPN Program
- NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure
- BLS certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR
- Experience working with diverse populations

- Experience in Addiction, Psychiatric, and/or Mental Health
