A recognized New York City healthcare network is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team in Brooklyn at an ambulatory care center.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 35 hours/week with 1-hour lunch
- Setting: Ambulatory Care Center
Responsibilities:
- Delivering patient care with an understanding of patient growth and development
- Screening patients and making appropriate referrals
- Performing venipuncture and other diagnostic procedures
- Documenting clinical interactions on patient charts
- Assisting medical staff with clinical support
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing
- NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- BLS certification
- Experience in an Ambulatory Outpatient setting
- Proven skills in Phlebotomy and Venipuncture
- Solid assessment and documentation skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Experience working with the Pediatric population
- Internal Medicine background
