A health services organization in Capital Region is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their growing Long-Term Care team. In this role, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be responsible for providing quality care and oversee CNAs.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day (7am-7pm) and Night (7pm-7am)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am
- Setting: Long-term care
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring interventions in care plans are implemented
- Maintaining all required documentation
- Overseeing CNAs
- Ensuring quality resident care
- Providing direct care and treatment
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of acute care or long-term care experience
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
- NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Tube Feed experience
- Computer savvy
- Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
Desired Skills:
- 1+ year of Critical Care experience
