A healthcare organization in the Capital Region of New York is actively seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide essential nursing services at one of their Albany-based facilities.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day or Night
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Hours: 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am
- Setting: Long-Term Care
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring interventions outlined in resident care plans are implemented
- Maintaining all required documentation
- Overseeing CNAs
- Providing quality resident care
- Administering direct nursing care and treatment
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in an Acute or Long-term Care
- Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing
- NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Tube Feed experience
- Trach Care knowledge
- Basic computer skills
