A health services network in New York is actively seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their growing Residential System and work at one of their group homes in Brooklyn.

About the Opportunity:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Assignment Length: Temp to Perm
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 7am to 3pm or 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm
- Setting: Group Home
- Patient Population: Developmentally / Intellectually Disabled
Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing medical insight
- Work in an increasingly autonomous role
- Participate in the assessment, planning, and implementation of medical care
- Provide oversight and training of direct care staff in monitoring the medical systems
- Participate in team meetings and provide medically related in-services to program staff
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Solid assessment and documentation skills
Desired Skills:
- 1+ year of related Nursing experience
- Experience working with the Developmentally / Intellectually Disabled population
