A nonprofit organization on Long Island is currently seeking a licensed Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join their mental health clinic in Suffolk County, focusing on clinical services and patient care coordination.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the development of treatment plans
- Conducting interdisciplinary case conferences weekly
- Leading workshops and therapy sessions
- Collaborating with counselors on treatment plans
- Ensuring patients receive post-treatment referrals
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the mental health field
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, Family Therapy, or Mental Health
- One of the following licensures: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Solid crisis management and problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
