A New York City-based health services organization is seeking a new Labor & Employee Relations Specialist to support labor relations, workplace investigations, grievance administration, and policy compliance within a unionized healthcare environment.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm
- Setting: In-person
Responsibilities:
- Conduct employee relations and workplace investigations
- Support grievance handling and labor relations processes
- Partner with managers on performance management and corrective action matters
- Prepare investigation summaries and supporting documentation
- Assist with collective bargaining agreement interpretation and administration
- Support disciplinary reviews, employee complaints, and conflict resolution
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Employee Relations and/or Labor Relations
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in Unionized environments
- Experience with Grievances, Investigations, Disciplinary Actions, and Labor Law
- Strong knowledge of Employment Law and Employee Relations best practices
Desired Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of ADP
- Experience in a Healthcare and/or Hospital setting
