A biotech company in Massachusetts has a great Remote opportunity awaiting a new IT User Access Management Specialist. In this role, the IT User Access Management Specialist will be responsible for managing secure access to systems and data within a global organization undergoing SAP cloud reimplementation.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: 40 hours/week
- Setting: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts in identity management systems.
- Manage user profiles, roles, and permissions based on job functions.
- Design and enforce access control policies, including password standards and MFA.
- Monitor access logs for unauthorized attempts and conduct regular audits.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to investigate security breaches.
- Recommend and implement improvements to IAM processes and tools.
- Provide training to end-users on access management policies.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in User Access Management
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
- Proficiency in Identity Management Systems
- Experience with Role-based Access Control (RBAC)
- Knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
Desired Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in IT security
- Master's Degree in Cybersecurity
- ITIL certification
- CISSP or similar certification
- Advanced knowledge of IAM technologies
