A nonprofit services organization in California is actively seeking a new IT Support Specialist to join their Los Angeles-based team, providing essential desktop and hardware support.
About the Opportunity:- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9 am to 5 pm
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days a week)
- Troubleshooting while on-site using Zoho
- Utilizing ticketing systems remotely
- Conducting Webex/Zoom sessions
- Providing technical assistance for computer systems, software, and hardware
- Serving as the first point of contact for end users and resolving issues
- Performing other duties, as needed
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT setting
- Relevant degree or education in IT or a related field
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and technical support
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Familiarity with Webex/Zoom
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Proven organizational skills
- Advanced Degree in IT or related field
- Experience with additional Digital Technology platforms
