A New York City hospital is seeking to add an IT Sourcing Specialist to its team, focusing on software sourcing and stakeholder engagement on a hybrid schedule.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Setting: Hybrid (2 days onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Supporting annual and multi-year sourcing strategies for IT software categories
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to understand technology needs
- Assisting with end-to-end sourcing initiatives and RFx processes
- Gathering and analyzing sourcing data
- Managing relationships with IT software vendors and suppliers
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Sourcing
- High School Diploma / GED
- Exposure to Software Licensing models and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Software Sourcing
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- CPSM or related certifications
- Experience in Cost Management
