A financial services firm in North Carolina is seeking a new IT Senior Associate - Penetration Tester position to join their team in Charlotte, managing application penetration tests and collaborating with teams to enhance software security.

This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite 2 to 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:
- Managing pen tests
- Collaborating with external testers and internal development teams
- Scheduling and conducting tests
- Reviewing results and retesting fixed issues
- Advising management and developers
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Experience with Application Penetration Testing
- Solid understanding of OWASP vulnerabilities
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Strong attention to detail
Desired Qualifications:
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in Software Security Testing
