A financial services organization in North Carolina is seeking a Project Manager for a great role with their team in Charlotte. This position will oversee an Oracle GL implementation, coordinating scope, timelines, stakeholders, and functional requirements to support successful project delivery.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Setting: Hybrid (2-3 days in office)
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Translate business requirements into actionable project plans and coordinate with IT, operations, and other stakeholders
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and executives
- Oversee testing, training, and change management activities related to project rollout
Qualifications:
- Experience managing functional or business-side projects
- Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and functional system requirements
- Experience coordinating with subject matter experts and business analysts
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Desired Skills:
- PMP or similar Project Management certification
- Experience with Oracle GL implementations
- Proficiency with project management tools such as ServiceNow SPM, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Jira
