A North Carolina-based financial services firm is actively seeking a new IT Project Manager / Business Analyst to join their growing team in Charlotte, focusing on business analysis and Agile project management in a financial technology setting.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: Standard Business Hours
- Setting: Hybrid (2 to 3 days in the office)
Responsibilities:
- Leading business analysis and managing Agile projects in Risk Technology
- Documenting business requirements and translating them into JIRA tasks
- Implementing requirements traceability for stakeholders
- Ensuring consistent implementation of Agile policies and procedures
- Enhancing Agile processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management and/or Business Analysis
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Experience with Cloud technologies
- Proficient in Data Analysis using SQL and Excel
- Strong understanding of SDLC
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in Capital Markets, Fixed Income, or Commercial Lending
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and/or Information Systems
- Basic proficiency with Python
- Familiarity with SQL
- Working knowledge of Azure
