A New Jersey-based banking services company is seeking a new IT Data Management Analyst to join their growing team.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: Regular hours
- Setting: Hybrid (2 to 3 days)
Responsibilities:
- Architecture and stewardship of bank data and content
- Implementing data hygiene practices for data integrity
- Supporting network and server infrastructure
- Providing end-user guidance regarding data management
- Vendor management and establishing vendor requirements
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Data Management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with Security software and Disaster Recovery
- Experience with Windows Server administration
- In-depth knowledge of Datasets and Content Management
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local Banking laws
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to promote the bank’s presence in the community
Desired Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree in a related field
- Certification in Data Management or a related area
- Advanced understanding of Security software
