A healthcare clinic with multiple sites throughout New York is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join their Flushing location, offering high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Daytime
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 6pm
- Setting: Outpatient
- Patient Volume: 2-3 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Collecting, recording, and maintaining patient information, including medical histories, reports, and examination results
- Maintaining complete and accurate medical records
- Providing quality clinical diagnostic skills in patient care delivery
- Reviewing test results and recommending suitable management for patients, including preventive health recommendations
- Prescribing medications and formulating ongoing treatment and disease management plans
Qualifications:
- M.D. / D.O.
- Board Eligible / Certified in Internal Medicine
- DEA/BLS/ACLS certifications
- 3+ years of experience in a relevant field
- Competency in clinical diagnostics and patient care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to continuing medical education
Desired Skills:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Proven experience in leadership roles or site direction
