A Florida-based financial services organization is actively seeking a new Instructional Designer, focusing on creating engaging learning solutions and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve defined learning outcomes.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 4:30pm (EST)
- Setting: Hybrid (onsite at least 3x a week)
Responsibilities:
- Planning and managing instructional design projects and initiatives
- Developing instructional courses using tools such as Articulate Suite, Adobe Express, Camtasia, and Adobe Illustrator
- Creating curriculum by processing large volumes of information and collaborating with stakeholders
- Maintaining LMS learning activities and generating custom LMS reports
- Designing engaging learning modules, animations, videos, and interactive multimedia content
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Training or Instructional Design
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Graphic Design, or related field
- Proficiency with Articulate Suite, Adobe Express, Camtasia, Adobe Illustrator, and LMS platforms
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Desired Skills:
- Experience in Graphic Design and Animation preferred
- Experience creating custom illustrations to support learning themes
- Knowledge of Instructional Theories and Multimedia Learning principles
- Strong attention to detail
