An enterprise financial institution in Vienna, Virginia, is seeking an InfoSec Project Manager. This hybrid role supports cybersecurity and information security initiatives by leading Agile project delivery, coordinating stakeholders, and driving execution across complex technical programs.

About the Opportunity:

- Hours: Standard business
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days a week onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for information security and cybersecurity initiatives using Agile and SAFe methodologies
- Partner with product owners, Scrum Masters, Agile coaches, business stakeholders, and vendors to support successful project execution
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Provide project governance, executive status reporting, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of related work experience
- Associate's Degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience managing Agile technology and Information Security projects in large enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, SAFe framework, and Scrum practices
- Experience managing project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar Agile project management tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
- SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, or related Agile certifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Information Security, Cybersecurity, or Infrastructure Project Management experience
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale security transformation initiatives
