A healthcare system in New York City is seeking a licensed Physician to join their growing Infectious Diseases team in the Bronx.

About the Opportunity
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business hours
- Setting: Hospital-based (1 day remote/administrative)
- Patient Population: 12 to 15 per day
Responsibilities:
- Provide care to an urban, underserved, underprivileged population
- Work 4 months on the inpatient floor, 8 months in the outpatient clinic
- See an average of 12-15 patients per day ( 2 clinic shifts per day)
- Serve as an attending/specialist providing primary care to HIV patients
- Provide consults to all departments and divisions in need of services by an Infectious Disease Specialist
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Current unrestricted NYS medical license
- Board Certified/Eligible in Pediatrics and Infectious Disease (MD or DO)
