A recognized services organization in New York City is actively seeking a new Incident Management Investigator Specialist I to provide administrative support.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm (37.5 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Supporting investigations administratively
- Managing a high volume of emails and files
- Monitoring documents and ensuring completeness within 48 hours
- Summarizing data into reports
- Following established protocols and procedures
- Assists Investigator with interviews as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in an Administrative role
- High School Diploma / GED
- Proficiency with Outlook, SharePoint, and Microsoft tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to follow protocol
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Independent worker
- Excellent communication skills
- Adaptable to changes
Desired Skills:
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Experience managing administrative tasks
