A Fortune 50 financial services company is seeking a highly motivated Identity & Access Management Support Specialist to join their team in the McLean, Virginia area.

Responsibilities:
- Resolve incident tickets related to Identity Management and Governance services
- Fulfill Service Catalog requests, ensuring accuracy and adherence to SLAs
- Execute release and change tickets in accordance with established processes
- Perform security vulnerability remediation activities, including Saviynt configuration changes
- Support access management functions to enhance security, compliance, and user experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across identity governance workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Security, Infrastructure, and Application Support
- Maintain documentation for changes, incidents, and operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience supporting Identity Management / Governance services using Saviynt
- Hands-on experience administering and supporting Saviynt
- Experience handling incidents, service requests, releases, and change management activities
- Experience with security vulnerability remediation and risk reduction initiatives
- Strong understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) principles
- Knowledge of access management, provisioning, and entitlement controls
- Familiarity with ITIL-aligned processes (Incident, Change, Release, Request)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Relevant IAM / Saviynt / Security certifications
- Experience supporting IAM/IGA platforms in enterprise environments
- Familiarity with compliance, audit, and regulatory controls
- Experience with identity lifecycle management and role management
