A financial services firm is seeking a new Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join their team in McLean, Virginia, focusing on Identity & Access Management governance and compliance initiatives.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: Standard business (40 hours per week)
- Setting: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Supporting IAM governance and access certification processes
- Conducting user and privileged access reviews
- Managing identity lifecycle management initiatives
- Analyzing and documenting IAM requirements and workflows
- Supporting audit, risk, and regulatory compliance efforts
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in IAM Governance and Compliance programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement abilities
- Proficient in requirement analysis
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Strong attention to detail
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience creating Identity & Access Management (IAM) governance documentation
- Knowledge of Regulatory Risk related to IAM
- Experience in Financial Services
- Familiarity with company systems and processes
