A Fortune 50 financial services company in McLean, VA is seeking a highly motivated IAM Application Onboarding Analyst. This position involves working closely with the Identity & Access Management team to support application onboarding and data analysis requirements.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Hours: 40 hours/week
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days a week onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Leading and performing complex analysis supporting IAM initiatives
- Assisting stakeholders in understanding IAM capabilities
- Facilitating the translation of business needs into IAM capabilities
- Gathering and documenting requirements for onboarding applications
- Analyzing data to provide actionable insights
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Information Systems Analytics or related fields.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience with IAM/IGA products (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt).
- Advanced organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills across organizational levels.
- Expert-level attention to detail and accuracy.
- Sound judgment and initiative in decision-making.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.
Desired Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in IAM governance or technical engagement.
- Experience transitioning to new IAM governance processes.
- Expert research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise between IT and business units.
