A financial services firm in Vienna, Virginia, is seeking a new IAM Analyst to support user access lifecycle and provisioning within an enterprise financial environment.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business hours
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full user provisioning lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, and offboarding
- Supporting and administering IGA tools such as Saviynt or SailPoint
- Reviewing and optimizing access management workflows and processes
- Partnering with internal teams to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
- Providing customer-facing support for access-related requests, including interaction with business users and leadership
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management or related field
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Hands-on experience with IGA platforms (Saviynt, SailPoint, or similar)
- Strong understanding of user provisioning lifecycle and access controls
- Experience with Active Directory / LDAP environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) models
- Automation/scripting experience (PowerShell, PEGA, or similar)
- Mainframe experience (RACF, DB2)
- Familiarity with remote access tools (RSA SecurID, VPN, Citrix)
- Experience with reporting tools (Power BI or similar)
