A top Fortune 50 financial institution is currently seeking an experienced IAM Analyst to support enterprise Identity and Access Management initiatives. This role will focus on requirements delivery, risk reduction, security enhancement, and stakeholder collaboration across a large-scale IAM program.

Responsibilities:
- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, non-functional, and data requirements using interviews, workshops, use cases, process modeling, and tools such as Azure DevOps
- Capturing and managing IAM-related requirements while maintaining exceptions, issues, and risk assessments in collaboration with engineering teams
- Supporting enhanced security by partnering with stakeholders to design and implement efficient IAM solutions that streamline access management
- Assisting with Agile/SAFe delivery processes and ensuring quarterly IAM objectives are met across the IAM program
- Producing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and metrics for IAM initiatives
- Facilitating requirements discussions, presenting requirements through multiple views, and incorporating feedback into the product backlog
- Collaborating with vendors on the design, development, and delivery of IAM platforms and capabilities
- Evaluating alternative solutions, identifying risks and issues, and partnering with project and product teams on mitigation strategies
- Communicating clearly and consistently with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Managing multiple priorities independently and within cross-functional teams
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as an IAM Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Business Technology Analyst, Product Development Analyst, or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management principles including modern authentication, least privilege, and privileged access management
- Experience applying Agile delivery methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
- Knowledge of software and systems engineering best practices
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills
Desired Skills:
- Experience supporting IAM initiatives within the Financial Services industry
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps
- SAFe Agilist, Product Owner/Product Manager, Scrum Master, Lean Portfolio Management, or other SAFe-related certifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), DevOps, Microsoft Azure, or other relevant
