A top Fortune 50 financial institution is currently seeking an Identity & Access Management Analyst for a hybrid opportunity based in Pensacola, FL or Vienna, VA. This individual will play a key role in supporting user provisioning lifecycle processes, maintaining IGA systems, and driving process automation to enhance enterprise security and operational efficiency.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business hours
- Setting: Hybrid ( 2–3 days per week onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Managing user provisioning lifecycle and application provisioning activities
- Supporting and maintaining IGA systems such as Saviynt or SailPoint
- Reviewing existing workflows and identifying opportunities for process optimization
- Collaborating with internal teams to implement streamlined access control procedures
- Providing high-quality customer service and support to end users and leadership teams
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management or related IT security function
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Hands-on experience with IGA systems (Saviynt IGA, SailPoint, or similar)
- Proficiency in user provisioning, application access management, and lifecycle operations
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to identify and improve inefficient workflows
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, including interaction with mid-level and executive leadership
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Strong automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, PEGA, scripting tools)
- Familiarity with Mainframe/RACF and DB2
- Active Directory/LDS or LDAP experience
- Experience with Remote access management (RSA SecurID, VPN, Citrix)
- Experience with Data reporting and metrics tools (MS Power BI)
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
