A media services company in New York City is seeking a new Human Resources Coordinator to join their growing team in Manhattan.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Setting: Hybrid (4 days a week)
Responsibilities:
- Handling new employee onboarding and supporting HR processes
- Processing unemployment claims
- Updating organization charts in Workday
- Managing departmental corporate card and budget processes
- Coordinating company-wide initiatives and events
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proficiency with Workday
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- HR certification (e.g. PHR)
