A leading organization in the United States is currently seeking a skilled HRIS Systems Consultant. This contract-to-hire opportunity involves driving HR data and system-related activities globally.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: Standard business (40 hours per week)
- Setting: Preference for hybrid in Saint Louis or Chicago; fully remote acceptable for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing Workday data operations and support tickets (~3K per quarter)
- Managing mass onboard/offboard and EIB uploads ensuring timely processing
- Partnering with tier-1 and config teams to resolve complex issues
- Maintaining SLAs (5 days for mass EIBs, 3 days for standard tickets)
- Driving process and automation improvements
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Workday experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field
- Experience in Global HR Operations
- Solid understanding of HR Data Governance and Compliance
- Experience with other HRIS systems (Oracle JD Edwards, UKG, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems
- Workday Pro certification
- Experience with business process automation in Workday
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
