A recognized services organization in Westchester County, New York, is actively seeking a new HRIS Coordinator to perform a variety of day-to-day administrative Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions, ensuring data integrity and the processing and reporting of HR data.

About the Opportunity:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Assignment Length: 3+ months (temp to perm)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain data in HRIS systems and databases, confirm accuracy and integrity of all data entered, and ensure information is available on a timely basis
- Perform data updates, imports, clean-ups, and research/reports on any data discrepancies
- Provide assistance and support others with issues and questions as they relate to HR data and HR applications
- Develop and update business process documentation and training material to keep current with module changes and issue resolution
- Provide general Dayforce functional support to the Atlas HR Department on general usability
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of related HR experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Basic understanding of HR related functions (i.e. payroll, benefits, etc.)
- Computer-savvy and skills in Data Entry
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Solid problem-solving and time management skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Skills:
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Working knowledge of Dayforce
