A financial services organization is seeking an HR Shared Services Advisor in Pensacola, FL. This hybrid role supports employees through case management, phone-based service, and HR operations with a focus on accurate resolution and employee support.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days per week)
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries and provide timely, professional support
- Manage employee cases from intake through resolution, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up
- Support disability-related inquiries and coordinate with third-party vendors as needed
- Use HR systems to validate data, maintain records, and support reporting and compliance activities
- Assist with shared services processes and contribute to ongoing process improvement efforts
Qualifications:
- Experience in HR shared services, HR operations, benefits administration, leave administration, employee relations, or a related employee-facing HR support role
- Experience providing phone-based employee support and managing HR case work
- Experience in maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring timely issue resolution
- Experience using Oracle HCM or a similar HR system
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of HR shared services operations and regulatory requirements related to employee support functions
Desired Skills:
- Experience supporting disability-related inquiries and coordinating with external vendors
- Experience with HR reporting and data validation
- Background in process improvement within HR operations
