A top Fortune 50 financial institution is currently seeking an HR Shared Services Advisor in Vienna, VA; Pensacola, FL; or Winchester, VA. This role will support HR operations by responding to employee inquiries and processing personnel transactions across the enterprise.

About the Opportunity:
  • Schedule:  Monday to Friday
  • Hours:  Standard business
  • Setting:  Hybrd (3 days a week onsite at one of their Virginia locations or Florida)
Responsibilities:
  • Answering inbound calls from prospective, current, and former employees
  • Maintaining knowledge of HR services, processes, and policies to resolve or route inquiries
  • Analyzing basic issues, selecting appropriate methods/tools, and coordinating resolutions
  • Resolving or facilitating resolution of operational issues, inquiries, and complaints
  • Providing guidance to customers regarding HR and Shared Services processes
  • Performing work in alignment with defined service level agreements
  • Ensuring compliance with HR-related policies and procedures
  • Supporting quality control checks to maintain accuracy and efficiency
  • Conducting research and contributing data for process improvements
Qualifications:
  • Experience working independently, managing multiple priorities, and using sound judgment (HR or Shared Services experience preferred)
  • Customer service and relationship management skills
  • Familiarity with HR issues, services, and systems
  • Ability to follow and apply guidelines, procedures, and regulations
  • Database and presentation software proficiency
  • Strong organizational, planning, time management, and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and meet deadlines
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
Desired Skills:
  • Previous call center experience
  • Exposure to human capital management (HCM) systems
  • Familiarity with the institution’s products, services, programs, policies, and procedures
