A Fortune 50 financial services company is seeking a highly motivated HR Project Manager to join their team in the McLean, Virginia area.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage HR projects from initiation through completion
- Deliver technology, process, and operational HR projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including HR, IT, and external vendors
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Provide regular project status updates and communicate outcomes to stakeholders
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure alignment across project teams
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience in project management
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems
- Experience using Project Management methodologies and tools such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Desired Qualifications:
- PMP or equivalent Project Management certification
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO)
