An entertainment media company is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator for a role with their team in Manhattan, NY. In this position, the HR Operations Coordinator will support the HR systems, data integrity, reporting, and operational processes that help keep core people data accurate and organized.

About the Opportunity:

- Assignment Length: Ongoing
- Shift: Day shift
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Setting: Hybrid (4 days onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate HR data through entry, validation, cleansing, and quality checks.
- Support HRIS users with questions related to data, workflows, reports, and position information.
- Produce recurring and ad hoc HR reports while reviewing records for errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
- Assist with documentation, job aids, policy tracking, and process mapping activities.
- Support testing of HR system updates and prepare data for regulatory reporting and audit requests.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in HR Operations or HRIS support
- At least 1 year of hands-on Workday experience
- Strong proficiency in Excel and HRIS reporting tools
- Experience with data quality checks, data cleansing, and record accuracy management
- Ability to support HR users with daily questions related to data entry, reports, and data elements
- Experience preparing data for regulatory reporting such as EEO-1
- Commitment to confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive employee information
Desired Skills:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience creating and maintaining job aids or training materials
- Exposure to HR process mapping
- Microsoft Visio or Lucid experience
- Interest in developing HRIS and HR operations knowledge.
