About the Opportunity:

- Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 1-2 days remote)
- Location: Milwaukee, WI or Nashville, TN
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Conducting audits of employee files.
- Managing immigration-related tasks.
- Reviewing and preparing employee files for integration.
- Leading the finalization of the Canadian employee handbook.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Significant expertise in an HR Generalist role
- Knowledge of US and Canadian employment practices
- Strong understanding of tech services, software licensing, cloud services, and SaaS-based industries
- Experience with HR analytics and data-driven insights
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR)
- M&A experience
