A recognized services company is actively seeking a new HR Generalist to support day-to-day people operations during a parental leave coverage period, with the potential to convert to a permanent role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day HR generalist support across the employee lifecycle
- Run and support payroll across multiple regions, including:
- U.S. payroll (Paycor)
- International payroll support for Germany, Ireland, UK, and several EORs
- Administer employee benefits and support employee inquiries
- Support HRIS administration and data management in HiBob (including employee records, onboarding/offboarding, reporting, and data accuracy)
- Manage HR and benefits billing reconciliation and vendor coordination
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
- Partner with Finance and HR leadership to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Assist with ad hoc HR projects as needed
Qualifications:
- 3- 5 years of HR Generalist experience
- Strong Payroll experience, including multi-country or international exposure
- Hands-on experience supporting an HRIS;
- Solid understanding of Benefits Administration
- High attention to detail and comfort with HR data, reporting, and reconciliation
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Paycor strongly
- HiBob experience
