We are seeking a Data Analyst to work on site in Brooklyn, NY. This role involves managing HR technology platforms and ensuring data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:
- Configuring and supporting PeopleSoft HCM (Core HR, Position Management, Benefits, Payroll, etc.)
- Administering iCIMS ATS and managing system configurations and updates
- Building dashboards and analytics using SQL, Python, R, and Power BI
- Collaborating with HR, IT, and vendor teams to deliver HR technology solutions
- Supporting upgrades, testing, and process improvements to optimize systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in HR, IT, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years in PeopleSoft HCM, SQL, Python/R, and Power BI
- 2+ years administering iCIMS ATS
- Experience with UKG Pro strongly preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail
Desired Skills:
- Master’s in related field
- Certification in relevant software
- Advanced proficiency in SQL
- Strong problem-solving skills
