A recognized media & entertainment company is seeking an HR Business Partner/HR Generalist to collaborate with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Support employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution with a balanced, solutions-focused approach
- Assist in organizational changes and upcoming employee transitions
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and leaders to manage and fill open positions
- Collaborate on recruitment strategies, onboarding, and retention initiatives
- Partner with legal, outside counsel, employees and leaders on immigration cases
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Prepare and analyze HR related reports (organizational charts, employee reports, etc.)
- Utilize Workday to ensure data accuracy and process workflows.
- Act as a change agent during organizational transitions, ensuring smooth communication and adoption
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and best practices
- Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
