A recognized media & entertainment company is seeking an HR Business Partner/HR Generalist to collaborate with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
  • Support employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution with a balanced, solutions-focused approach
  • Assist in organizational changes and upcoming employee transitions
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and leaders to manage and fill open positions
  • Collaborate on recruitment strategies, onboarding, and retention initiatives
  • Partner with legal, outside counsel, employees and leaders on immigration cases
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
  • Prepare and analyze HR related reports (organizational charts, employee reports, etc.)
  • Utilize Workday to ensure data accuracy and process workflows.
  • Act as a change agent during organizational transitions, ensuring smooth communication and adoption
Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and best practices
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Desired Skills:
  • Workday experience
  • Experience in Media, especially Media Technology
