A healthcare organization is seeking an HR Business Partner in Stamford, Connecticut. This role supports employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and strategic HR partnership across multiple business units.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Hours: 7:30am to 4pm or 8am to 4:30pm or 9am to 5:30pm (with a 1-hour lunch)
- Setting: Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to leaders and employees across assigned business units
- Investigate and resolve employee relations matters in a timely and compliant manner
- Advise managers on HR policies, best practices, coaching, counseling, and performance management
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to support hiring, onboarding, and new hire integration
- Support workforce planning, organizational development, and HR documentation across client groups
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR generalist role
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in a Healthcare setting
- Demonstrated knowledge of Employee Relations practices and HR compliance
- Ability to manage multiple client groups and competing priorities simultaneously
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working across cross-functional teams
