A New Jersey-based consumer products company is actively seeking an HR Assistant for a promising opportunity on its growing team in Parsippany.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: 40 hours per week (flexible lunch)
- Setting: Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining HR files and records, ensuring confidentiality
- Managing the file room and coordinating office organization
- Updating HRIS systems with employee information
- Serving as the first point of contact for employee inquiries
- Assisting with day-to-day HR functions
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in an Administrative and/or Human Resources role/setting
- High School Diploma / GED
- Computer savvy
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Solid problem-solving and time management skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Qualifications:
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
