A recognized tech company in Connecticut is actively seeking an HR Assistant to join their team in Meriden and provide administrative support, including onboarding and HR lifecycle activities.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 4:30pm
- Setting: Technology Sites
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the North American Technologies HR Team
- Supporting the HRIS Team
- Managing onboarding processes, including coordinating the induction program
- Supporting training processes and activities
- Supporting the administration of company benefits, including healthcare and 401k
Qualifications:
- HR Administration experience
- Associate's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
- Strong organizational and priority management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Clear understanding of confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
Desired Skills:
- Bacgelor's Degree in HR or related field
- SHRM certification or similar
