A health services system in Albany, New York, is seeking an experienced, licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team as a House Supervisor.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 3pm to 11pm (8-hour shifts with a 30-minute unpaid lunch)
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the safety of all residents, staff, and the facility plant during the shift
- Supervising care provided to all residents and the staff on duty
- Working with pediatric and young adult residents
- Taking charge of a specific unit, including administering medications and treatments
- Independently managing staffing and making decisions regarding nursing care
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Nursing experience
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
- CPR Certification
- Experience in Long Term Care, working with Neurological impairments
- Supervisory experience of at least 1 year, with a preference for 3 years
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Advanced certification in Nursing
