About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Days
- Schedule: 7 on / 7 off
- Hours: Regular business hours
- Setting: Nursing Home
- Patient Population: 33 patients within the facility
Responsibilities:
- Managing an average of 33 patients per day
- Providing care in an open ICU with pulmonary support
- Responding to Codes and RRTs
- Collaborating with a physician and NP/PA during the day
- Utilizing telehealth support as needed
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency
- Active NY medical license
- DEA for NY
- ACLS certification
- Experience in hospital settings
- Familiarity with Meditech Expanse EMR
- Excellent communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments
Desired Qualifications:
- Additional certifications in Critical Care
- Proficiency in managing Acute Care patients
