A healthcare company in New York City is seeking a new Level 1 Help Desk Technician for a 6-month contract providing end-user support and office IT solutions.

 About the Opportunity:
  • Shift: Day
  • Schedule: Full-time
  • Hours: Standard business hours
  • Setting:  Hybrid (onsite at least 3 days a week)
Responsibilities:
  • Handling and resolving Level 1 support tickets
  • Providing technical support to employees
  • Preparing and managing hardware for new hires
  • Supporting office and conference room technology
  • Troubleshooting office IT issues as needed
Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role
  • Associate's Degree
  • Experience with Help Desk systems
  • Basic knowledge of Networking
  • Skills in Mac and PC troubleshooting skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
Desired Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
  • A+ certification
  • Experience in a mixed Mac/PC environment
  • Experience with both Hardware and Software support
