A Fortune 50 financial services company is seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer to join their team in the Pensacola, Florida area.

Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements (objectives, features, inputs/outputs) and translate them into technical solutions
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain custom code solutions aligned with business initiatives and corporate strategy
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including creating test cases, scenarios, and validating results
- Partner with project teams to coordinate and execute software releases into testing and production environments
- Monitor implementation progress and ensure the successful delivery of enhancements and improvements
- Analyze system performance, workflows, and operational efficiency; recommend improvements
- Perform both qualitative and quantitative analysis to support decision-making
- Develop and document technical designs, including data, workflows, interfaces, and system integrations
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend workflow enhancements
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack development, software engineering, or related technical roles within enterprise environments
- Strong experience with modern development technologies, such as:
- C#, .NET, React, JavaScript
- SQL, MongoDB
- MuleSoft
- Azure Cloud
- Proven experience developing end-to-end custom solutions
- Experience in modernizing legacy systems into newer technologies
- Ability to build solutions in environments with limited or no documentation
- Experience working across development, testing, and production environments
- Strong background in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing practices
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and statistical methods
- Experience leading projects and collaborative teams
- Strong documentation, research, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis

Desired Qualifications:
