We are seeking a mid-level Financial Systems Business Analyst / Implementation Lead located in Purchase, NY for an implementation of a new financial system. The role includes documenting business requirements and supporting the selection and implementation process.
About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
- Leading requirements gathering and documentation for a new financial system
- Developing and managing RFP documentation and processes
- Partnering with finance and business stakeholders to understand system needs
- Supporting vendor evaluation and selection activities
- Participating in and supporting financial system implementation efforts
Qualifications:
- Experience working with financial systems (Lawson, Concur, and/or Hyperion preferred)
- Participation in at least two full system implementations
- Strong business analysis and documentation skills
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical and functional requirements
- RFP experience is a plus
- Mid-level professional (above junior level)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and self-motivated
Desired Skills:
- 2+ years of experience with financial systems
- Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Business Analysis Certification
